Cancellation Prior to The Day of Your Appointment

I understand that unexpected circumstances occur in life. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 48 hours notice be given.

24 hour and Same-Day Appointment Cancellations

If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your service. This is with respect to Brave New Face and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time.

As cancellations have a significant impact on Brave New Face, I need to enforce the cancellation policy and trust you understand my need to do so.

Please read: Any payment or deposit paid for your appointment is non-refundable.

No Show/No Call

If you do not show up for your appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of your service. Please call or text at 404-981-8220 with any questions, concerns, or changes.

Late Arrival

If you arrive within 5 minutes after your scheduled start time for a 30 minute facial, I will do an expedited facial. If you arrive within 20 minutes of your 60 or 90 minute facial start time, I will do an expedited facial. If you do not arrive within the prescribed times, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of your service and will have to schedule a new appointment at the full service cost.
